Gold Foil Easter Decorations
I’ve seen lots of beautiful gold foil ornaments for Christmas, but never for other holidays! I love spring and Easter and wanted to give it the same level of decor as I do Christmas to really celebrate the the arrival of spring and sunny days ahead!
Overview
Materials
Gold foil (I used one sheet)
Dremel Stylo +
Scissors
Thread/Ribbon
Hole cutter (optional - can use Stylo but a little quicker if you have one!)
How To
Step 1
Draw your shapes onto the foil. I printed out inspo for reference, traced the shape and drew in the details by hand. Note: I found it helpful to include search terms like “Folk art” which gave me that kind of hand drawn, detailed look that translates well on the foil.
Step 2
Emboss the detail onto foil using the Dremel Stylo+.
Step 3
Cut out and punch a hole to thread through. You can drill a hole with the Stylo or use a hole puncher.
Voila!
I hung mine on a centerpiece of twigs and flowers!
